We run a range of exercise classes to keep our members fit and healthy and there are plenty of activities, games and quizzes to keep them entertained as well as frequent trips to local places of interest. There’s never a dull moment! In short, it’s a real social lifeline for many of Teddington’s older residents. Every day we serve a hot, home-cooked lunch and there’s coffee and biscuits available most of the day. We also have a hair dressing salon and regular visits from a chiropodist.
